After you've read through the tips, we'll put you in contact with our travel agent who will pull all of the necessary agreements for you. Free of charge!

1. Call hotel and request to be transferred to the sales department.
2. Let the sales manager know that you would like to set up a room block for your wedding. They will ask for details like your wedding date, number of guests expected to reserve rooms, what kind of beds you want, etc.
3. The Sales Manager will check for availability at the hotel for your given dates (make sure you reserve rooms for the night prior and the night of the wedding!) and provide you with all information including the discounted rate and the cut-off date for your guests to make reservations.
4. Make sure the sales manager is sending you the agreement or contract (if there is one) via email. Sometimes they forget, so follow-up phone calls are necessary. Keep note of this in the tracker.

Examples include: Holiday Inn, Best Western, Ramada Inn, Hampton Inn, etc.
