Once we receive your contract and deposit, you can expect to receive a few (fun) homework assignments!

We'll send over the countersigned contract for your records and your customized countdown checklist that will serve as a guideline for when certain wedding tasks need to be completed.

first things first

Please add us to your new or pre-existing Pinterest boards and be sure to make it a secret board. In order to do this, we need to be following each other so make sure to follow Tatiana and we will follow you back.

Visit the CLIENT AREA to view our guides and insider tips; including links for securing your marriage license, how to manage wedding room blocks, photography style guides and more.

Please take the Style Quiz that matches the package you chose (Management and Design or Full Service). This will help us understand your story in more depth and your design likes/dislikes as we start to pinpoint your personal wedding style.

We will schedule a monthly check-in call with you to go through your checklist, chat through any questions you may have and continue the steps of the design process.

follow us!

02

This process ideally takes 2-3 weeks depending on how frequently you are pinning but can easily go longer or shorter. Please remember to comment, mention us, reply to our pins and make this board a collaborative conversation. If there is something you don't like, don't be afraid to tell us! If there is anything you love that is not on your Pinterest (torn from a magazine, etc.) please send it to us as we chat through your design vision.

If you've had your Pinterest board for a while, go back and edit your past pins and remove items that no longer align with your vision. Focus on pinning images that spark joy, evoke a sense of the vibe you want for your big day and have design elements you feel inspired by. Remember that your design is being curated by us, so there may not always be an EXACT image of something you like or want! Full Service clients: feel free to pin and rehearsal dinner inspiration as well.

*We don't necessarily need a ton of wedding dress/attire images since that will be up to your discretion, so if you find that your boards have a ton of outfits, put them in a separate board!

let's start pinning

After we get a feel for your design based off your Pinterest + Style Quiz, we'll create and send you your moodboard. The moodboard is meant to act as a launch point for the rest of your design in terms of overall feel and colors. It does not mean we will be recreating the exact images, but will be veering in the direction that the images evoke. We'll work this until it's perfect. Once we get the green light, it's time for your Design Deck.

MOODBOARD

03

After the moodboard is approved, we dive into your Design Deck. Ranging between 30-45 slides depending on the intensity of the design and number of spaces, each client's Deck takes anywhere from 50-65 hours to complete since it's fully customized.

DESIGN DECK

04

The Deck will go through every design aspect of your wedding day; from invitations, to bridesmaid dress inspiration, to tabletop. You'll see everything outlined with links and pricing. We will manage choosing your florist + rental companies.

The final step in the design process! We'll either meet at the rental company we're choosing or your venue. At this meeting, you'll see a 'mocked up' version of your tabletop design inclusive of florals + candles. We'll see anywhere from 2-4 options of place settings based off the items we chose in the Design Deck. Expect to make some important decisions at this meeting, since it will be the last time you'll see these pieces until your wedding day! Decisions you'll finalize:
  • Linen colors/styles
  • Florals - size, shape, types of flowers
  • Candles - amount, color(s), styles
  • Tabletop - final decision on glassware, flatware, china, etc.
  • Chairs + tables - size, color, style
  • Signage (if not custom)
